Your course is divided into 7 sections, with each section covering all you need to know about a main topic (like tantrums, hitting or sleep!)
Each section is composed of short videos (from 2 min to 6 min long) where Dr. Siggie presents and explain all your tools, scripts and strategies.
Dr. Siggie reviews multiple real-life examples in each section, including precise information on how to manage behaviors and emotions. She'll go over exactly what you can say and do.
Each section is completed with a CHEAT SHEET you can download, print out and keep handy for easy reference whenever you need. This is your "cliff notes" to have ready and accessible anytime you need :)
Forever :)
As many times as you'd like :)
Watch on your phone, your computer or stream to your TV.
We know you are busy! That's why each video is only between 2 min to 6 min long and very digestible and accessible.
At the end of each of the main sections there is a downloadable PDF "cheat sheet" that includes all your most important scripts and tips.
Almost like cliff notes.
Save it to your phone, put it on your fridge, in your bag... anywhere it will be most helpful to you and your family.
Short answer : no, you can hop around as you'd like.
Dr Siggie does, however, recommend starting with the foundational principles and intro to toddlerhood as a foundation... and then you can jump to any of the behaviors you're currently struggling with.
The strategies in this course are as much for you as they are for your child. For many, my method involves "re-working" the parenting style you're used to and grew up with. That takes time, patience and a lot of practice. Never too soon to start :)
If your child is an "older toddler" (age 3 to 3.5), you can absolutely benefit from the strategies and tools in this guide.
